[Bug/Glitch Fixes]
-Fixed Hitsugaya's Bankai's ice spam
-Hitsugaya's chain no longer damages structures
-Kills from Shikamaru's shadow, Temari's ultimate, Kisame's ultimate, and Ishida's Ultimate not counting as kills patched
-Fixed Hidan's ritual circle lasting for 25 seconds when it is surpose to last only for 20 seconds
-Yondaime's teleport kunai bug on Naruto's clones fixed
-Possible fix on itachi's Genjutsu Illusion: Crows bug where Itachi disappears when spell is in effect
-Possible fix on Shikamaru's Kage Kubishibari no Jutsu so it won't continue holding enemy units after Shikamaru's death
-Partial fix on Itachi's crow bug by adding a -debug mode to bring him back from nowhere
-Fixed Sasuke's sharingan's movement speed being unable to work with Shuko or Quincy Cross (Which made people believe Sasuke's movement speed does not improve)
-Shikamaru's Kageshibari no jutsu will not attempt to hold Hitsugaya's Ice Bankai [Features]

-Yondaime's Special Kunai now has a disable form icon to see when to activate it again rather than click to find out
-Sannin boots cooldown decreased from 30 to 25 seconds
-Only hero attacks can set off 3 second blink rule
-Fountain at bases healing AoE increased from 500 to 600
-If player destroys a tower, killing player's team (Except for killer) will all recieve +200 gold
-Normal type attacks damage to fortified type armors will be reduced from 70% to 30% (Towers now last longer, and creeps/naruto's clones deal 40% less damage compared to before on fortified armors)
-Hero deny increased from 10% to 15%
-All towers' attack type switched from normal to seige
-All towers' attack increased dramatically
-All towers' attack do not tech anymore
-2nd row towers armor increased from 15 to 18 while last 2 towers armor increased from 15 to 21

-Naruto's clones damage are considered normal instead of hero damage (They do same as hero damage except if they attack units with fortified armor, only 30% of the damage will be dealt (Hero damages are 50%))
-Neji's Hakkeshou: Rokujuu Yonshou can only silence the targeted unit instead of an AoE silence
-Hidan's Jashin passive reduced .3 strength per hero kill and .03 strength per creep kill to .25 strength per hero kill and .025 strength per creep kill
-Hidan's Self pain cooldown reduced from 15 seconds to 12 seconds
-Hidan's Ritual of Pain's hp gain reduced from 50/100/150/200 to 45/90/135/170
-Hidan's damage return reduced from 50% to 40%
-Shikamaru's Shadows + Tags' hold duration reduced from 5 to 4 seconds
-Shikamaru's Shadows + Tags only becomes invis during night time
-Shikamaru's Shadows + Tags is now detectable by gem or wards (Not Kisuke's device)
-Yondaime's Kunai ability casting range changed to 900 all levels
-Temari's reversal AoE reduced from 500 to 425

-Sasuke's Kusanagi is removed and Sharingan is now replaces it as a normal ability and Kirin as ultimate
-Sasuke's Sharingan increased to level 4, allowing Chidori Flash to go faster, Chidori Nagashi bigger AoE
-Sasuke's Sharingan is now passive (Attack speed and movement speed boost removed)
-Sasuke's Chidori Flash damage reduced from 100/150/200/250 to 45/80/115/150
