Dynamite now properly bounties the correct player.
Meat Hook range fixed to 1500. Was set to 1200 for some reason.
Phantom Lance now sells for it's proper pricing.
You can now only have one instance of Dynamite at a time.
Phantom Lance now deals 150% damage. I think I forgot to set it to 150%, it was previously at 100%.

Added a new game modifier: Hook Only mode
This mode was made for a more balanced game. Meat Hook ugprades, Items, and Upgrades are unavailable. The Consumables shop is still available though. This mode will stronger enforce the need for teamwork through the better coordination and use of Meat Hook.
Manual mode input has been added back to the mode selection.

Gameplay
More recoding this version, so there may be some differences in way things appear. All statistics were made sure to remain as close to as their previous value.
The powerup spawn timer is started after the mode is selected, in the case that a powerup spawns and nopowerup mode is selected.
Barricades no longer degenerate.
Removed the fire wheel from the Flame buff.
Pudge is automatically selected for every player once the mode is selected.
Removed the short/medium/length options from the menu selection, instead replaced it with an “automatic” option. Automatic is medium length games.
Recoded Meat Hook:
Upgrading Meat Hook statistics no longer affect your current hook; it will take effect on your future hooks. Example, upgrading speed while a hook is active will not increase that instances speed.
Naix’s Jaws now steal life from the damage added by Richochet Turbine.
Land Mines will now explode if hit by two hooks.
Phantom’s Lance:
The mechanics in the chance to Doppelwalk have changed.
If the main Pudge dies, so do the rest of his illusions.
Illusions can no longer damage things at all using their attack.
Split (Phantom’s Lance):
The cooldown on Meat Hooking from one Mini-Pudge is now shared on all Mini-Pudges.
The cooldown on Meat Hook for Mini-Pudge is now 2.50 seconds.
Each Meat Hook only deals 50% damage, to achieve overall 150% damage compared with previous 300% damage overall.
Visuals
Active items now have a purchase hotkey displayed; this was actually implemented in v2.00, but not the visual indicator. Their hotkey matches their abilities hotkeys. Ex: Tiny’s Arm [F], Techies Explosive Barrel [D], Grappling Hook [G], etc.
Removed a visual that was supposed to be removed before release.
The scoreboard is no longer maximised when the mode is selected.
The countdown timer for Dynamite can only be seen if the corresponding Pudge is visible.
Misc.
The host now must confirm his own choice of becoming observer (Previously all he had to do was type -observer, now he has to type -observer, than -yes).
All Meat Hooks will be removed when a player becomes an observer.
Added a new command: -stfu/-ns/-noheadshot. Typing this command will mute the Headshot sound for you. Inputting this command will renable the sound.
Manual mode input has been added back to the mode selection.
Players will cease to revive once a team has achieved victory.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an error with Blade Barrier and deflecting Meat Hooks which could cause the game to crash.
No longer shows a faulty message when a player is denied Observer position.
